SHIPPING POLICY

GENERAL

For all the purposes of Legal, Policies, Contracts, sales of services & goods by BHF Tech Solution LLP, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned hereunder:

DEFINITIONS

“BHF” shall mean and refer to M/s. BHF Tech Solution LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the laws of India and shall include its successors and permitted assigns.

“Customer” shall mean and include any individual, entity, private undertaking, department, agency, or corporation availing construction-related products and/or services from BHF.

“Site” shall refer to the land, premises, or any other location (whether above or below ground) where the Customer requires delivery of goods or execution of services.

“Products” shall mean all construction / non-construction related goods and materials supplied by BHF, as per the scope of the order.

“Services” shall mean all the related services rendered by BHF, like repairs, painting, rehabilitation, grouting, project management consultancy (PMC), architectural design, construction, drawings and any other allied construction services. Our Services shall also include Information Technology (IT) Services.

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to deliver construction and building materials across all regions in India, subject to delivery pin code serviceability, road accessibility, local regulations, and product type. Serviceability expansion shall be based on BHF operational plans.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Bulk, customized, or made-to-order materials may require additional processing time.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Standard materials: 3–7 working days / as per invoice or dispatch schedule.
  • Heavy & bulk materials: 5–10 working days / as per invoice or dispatch schedule.
  • Custom products: Timelines shared at order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by weather conditions, traffic restrictions, strikes, site accessibility, or regulatory delays.

SHIPPING & LOGISTICS CHARGES

  • Wherever TO-PAY is applicable, customers must pay logistics charges at delivery.
  • Shipping charges depend on distance, weight, volume, and material nature.
  • Charges are shown at checkout or communicated separately for bulk/B2B orders.
  • Additional costs for crane usage, manual unloading, or waiting time are borne by the customer.

TAXES & COMPLIANCE

  • All shipments are invoiced as per applicable GST laws in India.
  • Customers must ensure accurate GST and delivery details.
  • E-way bills and statutory documents will be generated as required.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Delivery is made to the nearest ground-level motorable point.
  • Customers must ensure site access, unloading arrangements, and personnel availability.
  • Failure to accept delivery may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

PARTIAL / SPLIT DELIVERIES

Large or multi-item orders may be delivered in multiple shipments based on stock availability and logistics planning. Customers will be informed accordingly.

DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

BHF shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond control, including natural calamities, government restrictions, transport strikes, or fuel shortages.

ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNS AFFECTING SHIPPING

Orders canceled after dispatch may attract return freight and handling charges. Bulk, customized, or non-returnable materials cannot be canceled once dispatch is initiated.
