RETURN & REFUND POLICY

GENERAL

For all the purposes of Legal, Policies, Contracts, sales of services & goods by BHF Tech Solution LLP, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned hereunder:

DEFINITIONS

"BHF" shall mean and refer to M/s. BHF Tech Solution LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the laws of India and shall include its successors and permitted assigns.

"Customer" shall mean and include any individual, entity, private undertaking, department, agency, or corporation availing construction-related products and/or services from BHF.

"Site" shall refer to the land, premises, or any other location (whether above or below ground) where the Customer requires delivery of goods or execution of services.

"Products" shall mean all construction / non-construction related goods and materials supplied by BHF, as per the scope of the order.

"Services" shall mean all the related services rendered by BHF including repairs, painting, rehabilitation, grouting, project management consultancy (PMC), architectural design, construction, drawings and allied construction services. Our Services shall also include Information Technology (IT) Services.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BHF Tech Solution, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of building or construction-related materials, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

You may request a return within 24 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or has quality issues.
  • Items are missing or not as per your confirmed order.

Note: No return requests shall be entertained or accepted after 24 hours.

NON-RETURNABLE CASES

  • Products ordered by mistake or in excess without any fault on our part are not eligible for return.
  • Packed Materials: Items are not eligible for return if packaging is opened or not in original condition.
  • Loose / Bulk Materials: Items are not eligible for return once unloaded. Customers are requested to thoroughly inspect materials before unloading.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method or as per your preferred refund option. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
