For all the purposes of Legal, Policies, Contracts, sales of services & goods by BHF Tech Solution LLP, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned hereunder:
“BHF” shall mean and refer to M/s. BHF Tech Solution LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the laws of India and shall include its successors and permitted assigns.
“Customer” shall mean and include any individual, entity, private undertaking, department, agency, or corporation availing construction-related products and/or services from BHF.
“Site” shall refer to the land, premises, or any other location (whether above or below ground) where the Customer requires delivery of goods or execution of services.
“Products” shall mean all construction / non-construction related goods and materials supplied by BHF, as per the scope of the order.
“Services” shall mean all the related services rendered by BHF, like repairs, painting, rehabilitation, grouting, project management consultancy (PMC), architectural design, construction, drawings and any other allied construction services. Our Services shall also include Information Technology (IT) Services.
All the prices and technical information of construction materials, product specifications, structural data, and service descriptions provided on this website are published for general informational purposes only. BHF, being a distribution platform for selling materials of various manufacturers, is not responsible for the performance or warranty of the products. However, BHF shall support customers in instances of grievances or complaints, while the responsibility for performance and warranty remains with the manufacturer.
Under no circumstances shall BHF be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from reliance on product information, technical advice, or engineering-related guidance provided through this website or by our representatives. All procurement, installation, and service engagements are undertaken at the customer’s own risk and are governed strictly by applicable contract documents, approved drawings, and technical specifications.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all product data, ensure compatibility with project requirements, comply with local building codes and standards, and consult licensed civil or structural engineers for professional validation. By using our website or engaging our services, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
