One sample consists of 3 cubes, prepared and tested as per Clause 15.2.2 of IS 456:2000 or as per the project specification.

Workability (Slump)

To be maintained as required depending on site conditions and type of construction work.

Cube Strength of Concrete

Must comply with the compressive strength values given in Table 11 of IS:456.

Description :-

M-25 Grade Ready Mix Concrete (RMC)

M-25 grade Ready Mix Concrete is a high-strength mix widely used for structural applications that require a higher load-bearing capacity. With a compressive strength of 25 MPa (Mega Pascals) after 28 days of curing, M-25 grade is suitable for reinforced concrete works in medium to high-rise structures. The typical mix ratio for M-25 is 1:1:2 (Cement:Sand:Aggregate).

Key Features:

  • Compressive Strength: 25 MPa
  • Standard Mix Ratio: 1:1:2 (Cement:Sand:Aggregate)
  • Excellent for reinforced concrete applications
  • Enhanced durability and long-lasting performance
  • Consistent mix proportions for uniform strength

Common Applications:

  • Reinforced concrete beams, slabs, and columns
  • Medium to high-rise building foundations
  • Roads, pavements, and other infrastructure works
  • Heavy-duty structural applications in residential and commercial buildings

M-25 grade RMC provides excellent performance and reliability for both medium-scale and high-strength applications. Its higher compressive strength makes it suitable for heavy-duty structural requirements, ensuring the longevity and durability of the construction.
